Welcome to Organic Girl Gang. All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please review the policies below BEFORE placing your order.

Processing Time

All items are made-to-order.

Processing time is 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday).

Weekends and holidays are NOT included in this timeframe.

Please plan ahead when ordering time-sensitive products.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is completed:

• A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
• Shipping time is separate from processing time.
• Organic Girl Gang is not responsible for:
  
  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office directly.

Local Delivery / Pick-Up

• Local orders follow the same 7–14 business day processing window.
• Delivery and pick-up times are scheduled based on workload and location.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of handcrafted and consumable products:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.
• Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Because items are created using natural, plant-based ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. This is normal for small-batch herbal products.
